These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, constitute a binding agreement between TechLeads.fyi ("we", "us", or "our") and you ("you" or "your") relating to your use of our website, data products, API, and services (collectively, "Services"). By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

• To access our Services, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Each account is for the use of a single individual or business entity. Sharing account credentials with unauthorised parties is prohibited.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our Services.

You agree not to:

• Copy, republish, or resell our data, technology profiles, or datasets without explicit written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our website except through our official API
• Use contact data for spam or mass marketing — sending unsolicited bulk or commercial emails using data obtained from TechLeads.fyi is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination
• Share API credentials or account access with unauthorised third parties
• Exceed API rate limits or circumvent access controls
• Use our Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal, or forbidden by Indian or local laws
• Redistribute or commercially exploit the data beyond your own internal business purposes without a separate licence agreement

All content, data, technology classifications, software, and materials on TechLeads.fyi are our proprietary intellectual property or licensed to us. You will not have any authority to claim intellectual property rights, title, or interest in the contents. Your use of our Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the data solely for your internal business purposes.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and auto-renew until cancelled by you.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period.
• Credit packs (enrichment credits) are one-time purchases and do not expire.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• No data or credits have been used or exported since the last payment
• The refund is requested within 7 days of the payment
• Technical issues prevented you from accessing purchased services

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or suitability of the data for any specific purpose.

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by users based on data obtained from our platform.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, or disruptions to internet infrastructure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. For online dispute resolution, you may also use India's ODR portal at smartodr.in.
