Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and data products, all sales are generally final. However, we may provide refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues prevent access to purchased data
  • Data quality issues that significantly impact usability
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Service unavailability for extended periods

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at contact@interlasec.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

For one-time purchases: Orders cannot be cancelled once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

For subscription services: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Data that has been successfully downloaded or accessed
  • Custom data requests that have been fulfilled
  • Services used beyond the refund period
