How do I cancel my subscription?
Short answer
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
From dashboard
Dashboard → Account → Billing → Cancel subscription.
By email
Email [email protected] from your account email if you need help.
After canceling
- Access until period end
- Exports already delivered remain in your dashboard
