These limits apply to monitoring workflows such as Alerts and Domain Watch.
What counts toward the limit?
A monitored item can be a saved alert rule, technology monitoring setup, domain watch item, or similar monitoring object depending on how you configure it in the dashboard.
The simple way to think about it:
If TechLeads.fyi is watching something for you and notifying you later, it may count toward your monitoring limit.
Why limits exist
Alerts are more active than normal searches.
A normal search happens when you run it. Alerts keep checking for changes or new matches over time. That is why each plan has monitoring limits.
Free plan
Free includes 50 monitored items.
This is enough to test alerts, monitor a small set of domains, or follow a few technologies before upgrading.
Founder/Growth plan
Founder/Growth includes 1,000 monitored items.
This is designed for founders, agencies, and small GTM teams that want ongoing signals without needing a large Business setup.
Business plan
Business includes 100,000 monitored items.
This is for larger teams, agencies, data workflows, or companies that need to monitor many technologies and domains at scale.
How often can Alerts run?
You can configure Alerts as:

Daily uses the freshest signal. Weekly and monthly are better when you want fewer notifications.
What happens if I hit my limit?
If you hit your limit, you can remove old monitoring items, reduce unnecessary Alerts, or contact support about upgrading.
