Alerts and Monitoring
Was sind Warnmeldungen?
Short answer
Benachrichtigungen informieren Sie, wenn neue Websites Ihren gewählten Technologien entsprechen – nützlich für frische Leads und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung.
What are Alerts?
Short answer
Alerts notify you when websites match something you care about, such as a technology being detected or a watched domain changing its technology stack.
Alerts are useful when you do not want to keep searching manually every day.
When to use Alerts
Use Alerts when you want to know about fresh opportunities or important changes.
Good examples:
-
New websites using Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or another technology you sell into
-
A competitor, customer, or target account adding or removing a tool
-
New business websites matching a technology you track
-
Technology changes that may create a sales opportunity
How Alerts are delivered
Alerts are delivered in two places:
-
Email
-
Dashboard notifications
This means you can review them from your inbox or inside TechLeads.fyi.
Alert frequency
You can choose how often you want to receive Alerts.
Current options:
-
Daily
-
Weekly
-
Monthly
Daily is best when you want fast sales signals. Weekly is better if you want a cleaner digest. Monthly is useful for research or monitoring without too many notifications.
Plan limits
Alert and monitoring limits depend on your plan.
-
Free: 50 monitored items
-
Founder/Growth: 1,000 monitored items
-
Business: 100,000 monitored items
These limits are designed so free users can test the feature, Founder/Growth users can monitor real opportunities, and Business users can run larger monitoring workflows.
A simple example
If you sell a Shopify app, you can create an Alert for new Shopify websites.
Instead of searching manually, TechLeads.fyi can notify you when new websites are found. You can then review the matches, export useful ones, and start outreach while the data is still fresh.
Best practice
Do not create Alerts for everything.
Start with the technologies that are closest to your ideal customer. A small number of focused Alerts is usually more useful than a large number of noisy Alerts.
What to do next
Create your first Alert from the dashboard. If you are not sure what to monitor, start with one technology your best customers already use.
