Export timing — what to expect

Short answer

Technology-only exports with no extra filters are usually ready in about 10 seconds. Filtered or heavier exports usually take 1–5 minutes.

Why timing changes

A simple export is faster because it only needs the selected technology dataset.

A filtered export may need more processing for country, keyword, TLD, contact availability, or business-quality signals.

How you are notified

When an export is ready, you get:

• Email download link

Download access

Email download links work for 7 days. You can permanently re-download exports from your dashboard.

If an export feels delayed

Wait a few minutes and check your dashboard. If it still does not appear, contact [email protected] with your account email and export details.
